About the role

This role is for a twelve-month maternity leave vacancy.


Reporting to Head of Strategy and Risk, the Strategy & Transformation Manager is responsible for leading the development of BAC’s Corporate Strategy, partnering with the organisation to solve business challenges, driving improvements and leveraging opportunities to support implementation of BAC’s strategy.


The Strategy and Risk team is responsible for being a “trusted advisor” to the executive and senior leaders to drive strategic decisions and initiatives, business transformation and the implementation of BAC’s Corporate Strategy, Risk Appetite Statement and long-term business plans.


As a member of the Strategy & Risk Team the role will also support the Head of Strategy & Risk to lead the organisation:

  • In translating BAC’s strategic vision & intent into short-medium term strategy and strategic plans
  • To embed strategic alignment & execution capabilities
  • To research, develop insights, idea identification, assessment & implementation of innovative solutions/opportunities to enhance performance and drive transformational change of BAC.


About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work. You will be tertiary qualified with several years of experience in the development of corporate strategy within large, complex organisations and translating into company-wide transformation.


This will include leading challenging, interdependent programs and initiatives with multiple, invested stakeholders and requires strong commercial and financial acumen including qualitative and quantitative analysis (financial modelling, business case analysis, market sizing etc.)
