What you'll do

  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of strategies designed to optimise performance, efficiency, and innovation within Technology.
  • Ensures alignment of operational plans with overarching Technology and Enterprise strategies, leveraging enterprise and business architecture capabilities to successfully implement critical initiatives and drive performance improvements.
  • Accountable for effective planning, execution, and operationalisation of the technology roadmap, while maintaining consistent and best-practice IT governance and optimised tools and processes throughout the Technology

What you'll bring

  • Experience translating enterprise strategies into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering success.
  • You have led continuous improvement initiatives and are skilled at extracting and analysing data from diverse sources to inform delivery of strategic deliverables and operational improvements.
  • Ability to translate business and IT performance data into strategic insights that support decision-making at the board level.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-standard architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar
