Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level secretariat support to executive committees and governance forums
- Prepare agendas, minutes, action registers, and briefing materials
- Monitor and track governance actions and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Support the coordination of corporate governance frameworks and reporting
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
- Contribute to process improvement and policy development in governance functions
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has strong written communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Can manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Understands governance frameworks and committee processes in the APS
- Works effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
- Australian citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
- Experience in providing secretariat or governance support within government is highly desirable
