Job Description:


  • Project Governance:
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of project governance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
  • Planning and Scheduling:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, and change requests.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Resource Management:
  • Support resource allocation and tracking to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Assist in onboarding and coordination of project team members.
  • Budget & Milestone Tracking:
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Support Accenture internal processes for managing milestone billings

  • Qualification


  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role in large-scale transformation projects, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
