As we expand internationally, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in target industries (recruitment agencies, HR departments, enterprises, etc.)
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Interview Screener’s SaaS solutions to decision-makers via calls, online meetings, and in-person presentations
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions, including regular subscription plans, white-label, and API integration options
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and feedback on market trends
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Represent Interview Screener at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR tech or recruitment solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the recruitment/hiring industry
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
