We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for high-end townhouses development.

Responsibility includes:

Working closely with the Site Manager and Contract Administrators
Reporting on Progress, Claims and any Variations
Ensuring good relationships with established neighbours and community expectations are met.
Ensuring all regulations are adhered to.
Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expected
Provide up-to-date reporting on all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in residential construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience in the local Brisbane industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field if preferred.
