Your Role
As a key team member, you will ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing management of our Rewards and Shop Online programs. You will engage with retailers, shoppers, and internal stakeholders to create a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete administrative and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage member support and retailer support email in boxes, ensuring timely responses.
- Keep the Privacy Policy updated for retailer distribution.
- Coordinate the dispatch of Point-of-Sale materials.
- Assist with retailer on boarding processes.
- Maintain and update retailer databases.
- Allocate and manage card numbers securely.
- Process rebates and charge-backs.
- File contracts and manage CRM updates.
- Provide administrative support and invoice processing.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Administration, Data Entry, Customer Service, or Digital/Ecommerce.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, JD Edwards, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
