Position Profile: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Medical Workforce team at the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS).
In this front-line role, you will be instrumental in delivering responsive, high-quality service to our medical practitioners. By combining strong interpersonal skills with the effective use of digital tools and workforce systems, you will help streamline HR processes and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for staff across the organisation.

Eligibility: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

- Act as a key point of contact for medical staff, delivering timely and professional support across a range of HR and workforce matters.
- Use digital systems and rostering tools to streamline processes related to contracts, onboarding, leave, payroll, and compliance.
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of medical workforce activities.
- Respond to queries with clarity and empathy, ensuring staff feel supported and informed at every stage of their employment journey.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
