In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team who place a strong focus on delivering real results for customers while keeping things simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Put customers at the centre of everything you do
  • Work quickly and with purpose for our customers
  • Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction
  • Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
  • Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time
  • Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out by NAB remain in place across the branch
  • Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division

  • Customer-centric thinking. We’re open on industry experience and will be searching for individuals who have a customer obsessed approach
  • Ability to Influence, coach and advise your team
  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles
  • A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile
  • An ability to work collaboratively with your team
  • Resilience, self-motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience
  • A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
  • An appreciation for the inclusion and diversity of our customers
