About The Role
This participant requires support for:
- Community access – outings, social events, shopping, and recreational activities.
- Light personal assistance – reminders, companionship, and general well-being support.
- Transport assistance – driving to appointments or local community events.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Australian working rights (citizenship or valid visa).
- Reliable vehicle with full insurance (preferred).
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC).
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification (desirable but not essential for low care).
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
- Flexible shifts tailoured to your availability.
- Paid travel time and transport allowance where applicable.
- Ongoing support from our Sydney-based team of Registered Nurses and Coordinators.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance provided.
