About the role
- Assisting our customers when they need us most, responsible for demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and strive to meet our customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to every customer.
- Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries,
- Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience.
- Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points
About you
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to enhance business value by delivering a positive customer experience that sustains and grows the customer base.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.
- Maintain high attention to detail with effective planning, prioritization, and management of competing tasks and resources.
