Responsibilities

About the Team : TikTok's Client Partners are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. With a focus on Australia ecommerce brands, we're looking for Client Partners with knowledge and expertise in product and performance advertising to support brands to scale as well as their overseas growth. Responsibilities : As a Client Partner specializing in performance media and app clients, you will serve as a strategic advisor and relationship manager, driving growth and delivering measurable results. You will lead client partnerships, focusing on mobile-first businesses, optimizing digital performance campaigns across key platforms. With a deep understanding of app marketing, attribution, and media buying, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies. Your role is to ensure client success, build long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for innovation and scaling. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach are essential in delivering value and performance excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : Indicatively, you have 5+ years of platform and industry experience (in-house, agency or MMP) You have an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling through your expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing You can talk brand, performance and ad-tech and are passionate about creativity and TikTok. You have a strong foundational knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying Preferred Qualifications : You can demonstrate a track record of winning the support of key stakeholders and in reaching and exceeding sales goals. Ability to open new revenue streams through strategic thinking, and consultative client engagement You thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment You are an excellent communicator and presenter You have a strong attention to detail and a knack for problem solving and out of the box thinking
