Your New Role

Reporting to the Principal - Member Portfolio Management, the CI & Change Manager is responsible for driving change management strategies across the portfolio to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. This role plays a critical part in embedding structured change management practices to enable teams to transition smoothly while minimising disruption to delivery. The CI & Change Manager will oversee and coordinate delivery planning of initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring that each change aligns with our broader business goals.

Core areas of focus include but are not limited to:

  • Drive identification of improvement opportunities, implementation and adoption of change across the portfolio
  • Management of PI planning across member portfolio
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the active list for consideration and planning including capacity overlay
  • Champion continuous improvement methods, frameworks, tools and processes
  • Generate detailed reports to inform the domain on initiatives, business value, relative priority, objective and benefits as a key input for PI planning consideration
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports/papers for senior stakeholders and Executive Committees
  • Support the effective management of the Member Portfolio Change Process

Other key responsibilities and accountabilities include change management, continuous improvement involving quarterly PI planning, capacity management and standardising operations models and practices. To help achieve these, you will have exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills with an ability to build and maintain key relationships across the Fund.

What You'll Need

  • Extensive experience in a comparable role
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset, seeks perfection and has a true quality focus
  • Understanding of operations, procedures and policies related to business area
  • Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional written communication and business paper writing skills
  • First class project management skills and experience
  • Statistical and analytical skills; ability to analyse data and tailor information to the needs of the audience
  • A sound understanding of Agile and Change management
  • Formal qualifications and training in the field Project Management/ Change Management
