What the role looks like
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support to the Deputy CIO and the broader Investments team. Reporting to the Business Lead, Office of the CIO, you’ll play a key role in keeping the team organised and on track by:
- Managing diaries, inboxes, team meetings and service provider scheduling
- Coordinating travel and logistics for meetings, site visits and due diligence programs
- Supporting invoice processing, tracking and reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate records across due diligence, policies, and procedures
- Assisting with the preparation of Board and Investment Committee papers
- Organising and maintaining documentation, files, and audit records
- Responding to external meeting requests and managing communications
- Preparing presentations and reports for internal and external use
- Supporting general administrative tasks and ongoing team needs
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised administrator who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in an administrative support role, preferably within financial services or a corporate environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to support reporting and reconciliation tasks
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or multiple leaders will be viewed favourably
