About the role

Are you highly organized, proactive, and enjoy helping others navigate systems and solve problems? KellyOCG is looking for a skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our Services Procurement (SOW) team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for supporting our business partners, suppliers, and internal teams — keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide customer focused administrative support and coordination for projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Be the first point of contact for questions via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
  • Help business stakeholders troubleshoot queries and provide clear guidance on navigating our Vendor Management System (VMS) — Beeline.
  • Track and monitor SOWs (Statements of Work) from creation to completion, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure timely submission of milestone payments, timesheets, and contract changes.
  • Support the onboarding process for Professional Services Consultants.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Work as part of a close-knit team, providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.

  • Customer service experience in a client-facing role preferred
  • Previous experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) is a big plus
