About the role
This fast-paced and varied role involves providing front of house and general office support to our Perth-based team.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing PA support to Lead Partner including diary management and meeting scheduling, ordering catering and preparing meeting rooms, preparing documentation, and processing expenses.
  • Taking the lead on liaising with internal stakeholders to organise all aspects of client events, onsite and offsite.
  • Managing front of house, welcoming clients and visitors, booking meeting rooms, answering calls and receiving and dispatching deliveries and mail as required.


About you
We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous demonstrated working experience supporting leaders and team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with high levels of forward thinking, delivery orientation, and a proactive approach to work and priorities.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the proven ability to use initiative and creativity to achieve outcomes and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Exposure to event management is critical.
