Training Specialist – Salesforce CRM platform

Adelaide Based Position

6 months initial contract + possible extension

Candidates with valid Australian Visa will be considered for this position, the client does not provide visa sponsorship.

One of our clients is looking for a Training Lead to develop, coordinate and deliver training plans for Salesforce CRM platform

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver training plans which support staff and assist with the delivery of the training enablement framework.
  • Undertake an analysis of training needs for internal stakeholders and consider suitable, fit for purpose training content to ensure they are well equipped to use the new technology.
  • Design, facilitate and lead training and resource evaluation, including undertaking feedback activities, identifying and developing continuous improvement requirements for course materials and exercises, and recording the outcomes of training including addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, strategic working relationships with the program team, internal stakeholders and the program’s vendor to ensure quality training outcomes are delivered.
