This role involves general domestic plumbing, as well as installation, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing and irrigation systems. You'll work across various projects with a strong focus on irrigation for nurseries and sporting fields, and the upkeep of existing plumbing infrastructure.

About The Role
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of plumbing and irrigation systems for local council projects.
- Carry out general domestic plumbing tasks, including laying pipes, installing sprinklers, and setting up water tanks.
- Support rough-in and fit-off work for hot and cold-water systems, storm water, and sewerage installations.
- Help with the replacement and installation of toilets and hot water services.
- Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of qualified plumbers.
- Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in plumbing, with a desire to learn.
- A pre-apprenticeship in plumbing is highly regarded, but not essential.
- A valid Driver's Licence and vehicle, and white card
- Will need or obtain a Working with Children check.
- Personalised one-on-one mentoring throughout your training to ensure your success
- A nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Plumbing)
- Weekly pay
- Comprehensive TAFE training leading to a Certificate III in Plumbing.
