The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for working within the Program to build capability and influence delivery planning that align with our clients business objectives and strategic goals.

Key Deliverables Associated With The Role Are

• End to end Change management design and delivery including strategy, planning, and implementation, using lean change management approach.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assessment and definition of change management activities required across the Project deliverables.
• Completion of all required Change Management artefacts including impact assessments, strategies, plans, readiness assessments, handover and embedding,
• Effective engagement with impacted stakeholders.
• Planning, design and delivery of training that drives future state retention of skills, knowledge and attitudes.
• Reporting status of Change Management activities and assisting in identifying, reporting, and escalating key change issues and risks within the project and portfolio, with an oversight of resource requirements.
• Supporting Delivery Managers with the monitoring and management of relevant risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Attendance and participation in the Change Community of Practice.
