About Us:

Rockingham Mercato is a vibrant, café known for our quality coffee and exceptional service. We take pride in serving our customers with a smile and making every visit a memorable one. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, etc.)

• Ensure the café is clean and well-organized at all times

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

• Handle cash and process transactions accurately

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous 2-3 years barista and customer service experience

• A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about brewing techniques

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
