Your Role We’re seeking a Specialist, Strategic Portfolio Alignment to manage and oversee the IIA Strategic Portfolio—driving alignment, performance, and delivery across initiatives that shape the future of our business In this role, you’ll maintain an integrated roadmap, support strategic planning, monitor key performance metrics and ensure delivery risks are managed and benefits realised. You’ll work closely with teams across IIA and the broader Group to ensure resources are in place, priorities are aligned, and decisions are informed by meaningful insights
There are two permanent roles, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia

About You
- Proven experience in portfolio management or a related field
- Strong understanding of portfolio planning and performance reporting
- Ability to identify and manage risks and benefits
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of resource and delivery planning
- Knowledge and experience of agile principles (SAFe and Scrum)
