In the role of Consultant Process Optimisation you will join the Process Optimisation team that’s doubling down on winning together.

Note: This role is a fixed term 7-month secondment.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Deliver analysis to identify opportunities for process simplification and optimisation across the enterprise.
  • Engage with executives and senior leadership on NAB’s “must-win battles”, leading diagnostic work, surfacing insights and delivering clear action plans.
  • Create meaningful comms packs that summarize complex information and provide a compelling reason to act.
  • Flex from strategy to detail, defining governance, setting measures for success and owning delivery.
  • Translate complexity into clarity to enable better decision making, improved customer and colleague experiences, and scalable future models.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • 5+ years in financial services, with a background in operations, change or process improvement.
  • Strong business and data analysis skills, with the ability to summarise complex information and communicate clearly with executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to make meaningful packs, influence decision making and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly at the senior level.
  • A customer centric mindset with a focus on simplification and measurable impact.
  • Experience developing and delivering change plans, with the ability to own delivery and meet tight deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma, UX, automation, or process mining would be a bonus.
