Randstad is working with various local councils and offering opportunities to join multiple teams on a temporary basis.

You will form part of a team responsible for looking after the following:

  • Providing a range of administration support to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate and timely process of administration including compliance with statutory requirements
  • Navigate and deal with highly sensitive and strictly confidential matters
  • Assist with one off projects and reports as requested

  • Proven experience as a Business Support Administrator
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong numerical aptitude.

What we are looking for;

  • Highly attentive to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely work
  • Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Experience in maintaining systems and ensuring a smooth function
  • Previous experience as a Business Support officer or Administrator
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality.
