APS5/6 Quality Assurance Officers

We are seeking Quality Assurance professionals at the APS5 & 6 level. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and should be equipped with robust written and verbal communication. Labour Hire | 6 - 12 Month Contract | Canberra , ACT | Baseline Clearance required

Position Description

• Reviewing grant applications to verify eligibility, completeness, and alignment with program requirements.
• Performing quality assurance checks on grant assessment procedures and related documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, program frameworks, and internal policy standards.
• Detecting and escalating potential risks or discrepancies in the application assessment process.
• Contributing to ongoing enhancements in grant administration and assurance practices.
• Supporting audits and internal reviews by providing relevant documentation and analysis.
• Using data and reporting tools to track trends, identify systemic issues, and inform assurance activities.

• Sound understanding of government grants.
• You hold a Baseline Clearance.
