You will work closely with the firm’s senior leadership, playing a key role in shaping the practice, mentoring high-performing teams, and delivering commercial and strategic insights to some of Australia’s most progressive organisations.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead engagements in growth strategy, net-zero transition planning, commercial due diligence, and strategic reviews
• Originate and convert new business opportunities through your network and sector expertise
• Build the firm’s brand through thought leadership, relationships, and delivery excellence
• Inspire and manage a team of talented consultants
• Contribute to long-term firm growth and innovation
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years’ experience in strategy or transaction advisory with experience across origination of new business
• Background in top-tier consulting, advisory
• Experience across one or more relevant sectors listed above
• Commercial acumen, strategic insight, and strong client relationship skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and values-aligned leadership style
