We are currently seeking a new dynamic team player to join our North Perth crew. This position will involve joining our service team in delivering professional IT services and project support for Microsoft Azure, 365 and Cyber Security based deployments for many of our WA based clients. Ideal for experienced MSP candidates who have become stagnant in their current roles and looking to take it to the next level! The successful candidate will draw on their experience and skills, to pick up new responsibilities and exciting opportunities. All while being immersed in a mentor driven supportive, productive and friendly environment.

- Opportunity (but not mandatory) to earn more cash quickly with after hours rosters and project work.
To be successful in this application you must possess a bit of:
- 9 to 24 months experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure technologies, particularly relevant experience with on-premise to cloud migration works
- 9 to 24 months experience in providing server support in Windows Server Domain Environments, in particular with on-prem / cloud AD functionality
- 9 to 24 months of service desk support roles looking after Microsoft based solutions
- Minimum TAFE Certificate IV or Undergraduate Degree (Preferably IT or Business)
- University Degree in relating fields preferable (Example: Bachelor of Computer Science or Bachelor of Computing / Networking)
- A start to Microsoft or other Industry Certifications, such as Microsoft Certification in Server or Office 365
- Current C-Class Driver's License and Car
- Natural client facing communication skills, with an ability to consult with clients on short and long term solutions
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
- Team / Service leadership qualities for future progression
- Unconditional love and support for the West Coast Eagles Football Club (*optional)
- Microsoft CSP / NCE licensing experience
- Online cloud backup platform experience
- CCNA, MCSA\MCSE, or other higher level industry certification
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage (PSA), N-Central RMM
- VEEAM, ShadowProtect, or other server based imaging backup solutions
