Project Manager

Due to our clients success and expansion across Northern and Southern Tasmania, we are now looking to recruit experienced Construction Project Managers to join their teams.

This role will be ideal for candidates that have previously demonstrated experience in the management of medium - large scale commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for the safe, profitable and timely delivery of projects.

About You

• 2+ years minimum fit out experience in commercial construction
• Experience working with $5m+ projects
• Accurately interpret specifications and drawings
• Ability to apply Australian Safety Standards
  
  

To be considered for this position you must at minimum:

• Hold a Diploma of Project Management
• Have the ability to manage onsite teams, including subcontractors
• Have proven experience to lead projects from beginning to handover to client
• Be able to establish and manage construction schedules
