Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this full time, 12-month fixed term position, you will become a brand ambassador and embody our reputation for service excellence and our care in providing flexible, innovative and tailor-made legal solutions.


Based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will be responsible for providing quality advice and the highest level of service to our passenger car and vans business units across a broad range of practice areas. You will be joining a global legal community in addition to being a part of a supportive, well-regarded, hardworking local team to manage the legal caseload across numerous business units.


We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience who has a can-do attitude and ticks some of these boxes:

  • Experience in analysing, drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of contracts and tenders
  • Has provided competition and consumer law advice to a range of stakeholders
  • Capable of managing and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on court and tribunal matters
  • Has experience in providing legal advice in relation to marketing material on various media platforms
  • Ability to assist stakeholders and colleagues with contract management systems
  • The ability to think outside of the box and problem solve
  • Can work efficiently and has excellent attention to detail
