You’ll lead the back-of-house team, overseeing stock management, replenishment, and shop refills, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability.

This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience - highly regarded
• Solid understanding of inventory control.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
