What You Will Be Doing
- Craft and design the core architecture of AI-powered systems that automate complex software development tasks, including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
- Engage deeply with cutting-edge AI and software engineering trends through R&D, conferences, and interactions with the academic and professional community. Stay ahead by being among the first to explore new AI technologies.
- Engaging in routine code maintenance tasks such as minor updates or debugging existing software.
- Performing standard software development tasks that do not involve AI integration, such as implementing basic features or functionalities.
- Leverage your engineering skills to significantly enhance development speed, reduce errors, and improve code quality, ensuring faster time-to-market and increased customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in implementing impactful software engineering initiatives.
- Proficiency with GenAI code assistants like Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.
- Demonstrated success in implementing Generative AI products, projects, solutions, or tools.
- Experience in utilizing various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges.
