Email & CRM Marketing Coordinator

The Email & CRM Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the daily execution of marketing and triggered emails, SMS, to drive personalization across channels. Along with tracking key metrics on an ongoing basis, this role is also responsible for deriving insights from results and sharing recommendations with the broader digital and marketing team.
Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manger, we are looking for two Email & CRM Marketing Coordinators to join our in-house Marketing team.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.

The Email & CRM Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the daily execution of marketing and triggered emails, SMS, to drive personalization across channels. Along with tracking key metrics on an ongoing basis, this role is also responsible for deriving insights from results and sharing recommendations with the broader digital and marketing team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks to support email and SMS marketing programs, from creative briefing from marketing colleagues to HTML coding and testing/QA and responsible for deployment via email service provider platform.
- Create and maintain automated, personalized campaigns to drive loyalty and engagement.
- Build responsive email templates, utilizing HTML and CSS to drive targeted content.
- Utilize Salesforce DC for exploring and building segmentation lists, best practice, and despatch of EDM and SMS along with uploading data lists.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Brand Marketing teams to ensure all design solutions and assets meet deadlines and objectives.
- Track key engagement metrics, report on email campaign results, and share key insights.
- Set up A/B test and learn campaigns to identify marketing opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively resolve problems and troubleshoot in order to keep workflow on schedule and escalate higher level conflicts to manager for resolution.
- Develop and grow SMS program from strategy development to campaign integration.
- Ensure ACCC and Privacy compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing with HTML knowledge, preferably within the retail apparel industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualification; minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or similar field.
- Previous experience handling high volumes of email production; including setup and execution of campaigns, A/B multivariate testing, triggered messaging and marketing automation.
- Experience in setting up digital marketing journeys, data-driven contextual campaigns and run ongoing testing.
- Proven experience in SQL languages and project management tools such as Asana, Jira
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience juggling several, sometimes conflicting deadlines along with implementing ad-hoc projects whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFDC, Personalisation (Interaction Studio) Journey Builder experience is desirable.
