Responsible Investment is a key pillar of implementing Cbus’ strategy and we are recognised for our approach to responsible investment.


This Stewardship role will support the implementation of our voting and engagement strategy with listed companies and other stakeholders, and support related advocacy efforts.


The role offers career path and development opportunities within Responsible Investment.


Ultimately, through our innovative, robust and evidenced based approach Cbus aims to demonstrate our positive influence on environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices among investee companies, as one tool to protect and enhance long term value creation for our members.


Experience in stewardship or relevant responsible investment role would be well regarded. Knowledge and understanding of financial market trends and the current legislative environment, particularly pertaining to the superannuation sector within Australia and internationally, would be helpful.



This role requires strong communication skills along with the ability to analyse and synthesise data, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, a commitment to high standards in work practices, and a positive and agile approach to collaborating in a dynamic environment.
