The role
The Senior Associate, Treasury – APAC is responsible for managing liquidity, foreign exchange (FX), and bank account operations across the APAC region. This role ensures the efficient functioning of the regional treasury operations, supports global treasury initiatives, and safeguards Palladium’s financial assets through robust controls and risk mitigation strategies. The position also oversees treasury accounting and reporting, contributing to the financial integrity and operational excellence of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include
You will have experience in Finance, with a sound knowledge of accounting principles and treasury operations. You will be recently qualified in either CA or CPA, or part qualified. Prior experience working in an international company will put you in good stead.

The role
The Senior Associate, Treasury – APAC is responsible for managing liquidity, foreign exchange (FX), and bank account operations across the APAC region. This role ensures the efficient functioning of the regional treasury operations, supports global treasury initiatives, and safeguards Palladium’s financial assets through robust controls and risk mitigation strategies. The position also oversees treasury accounting and reporting, contributing to the financial integrity and operational excellence of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Liquidity Management, such as managing working capital, including oversight of accounts receivable and follow-up on overdue balances.
- Bank Account Management including, overseeing and monitoring all domestic and foreign bank accounts within the APAC region.
- Foreign Exchange Management, such as execution of FX trades to support foreign currency payment obligations.
- Reporting and Analysis, which covers things like short, medium and long term cash forecasts and consolidated daily cash positions.
- Treasury Accounting, including performing bank account reconciliations and record cash transactions.

- Experience with foreign currency transactions and FX management.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and financial systems.
- An eye for accuracy in complex environments.
- Be able to communicate financial information to non-finance professionals.
- Flexibility and ability to evolve with the dynamic nature of the business.
- Full working rights in Australia.
