- Learning Culinary skills and menu items, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Learning food portioning and rotation to maintain cost efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Overseeing food procurement and inventory management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- learning organization and maintaining kitchen storage areas for efficiency and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
