Marketing Coordinator – BTP Hazelmere
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to support the broader marketing strategy by actively contributing to the implementation of campaigns, projects and initiatives that support the development and growth of the Mining Services division brand awareness
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Specialist the successful person will be a self-driven individual constantly aspiring to achieve the best outcome. If you are a motivated self-starter dedicated to achieving optimal results, we invite you to apply and join the BTP team
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, preferred.
  • 1-2 years preferred proven experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail plus able to create content.
  • Understand digital marketing tactics and tools.
  • Experience with social media management and advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and analytics tools.
  • A Creative thinker able to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and industry-specific knowledge is advantageous.
  • Computer literate with MS Office 365 Word, Advanced MS Excel.

About the Role
  • Development and execution of marketing campaigns through various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Planning, coordinate and execute events including town halls, events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Creation and delivery marketing materials and content for social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, planning and other marketing activities and initiatives as required.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications as required.
