Team Assistant | Financial Services – Property Investment

About The Role

As a Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the leadership and wider team. You’ll collaborate across departments and get involved in exciting business initiatives aimed at driving efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support

  • Manage meeting schedules and coordinate calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documentation and presentations
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and board papers
  • Coordinate domestic travel bookings

Operations & Projects

  • Support senior leaders with firm-wide initiatives including:
    • Technology upgrades
    • Strategic planning
    • Process improvement projects
    • Quality audits and reporting
    • Early-stage AI adoption and automation
Accounts & Finance

  • Raise client invoices and manage follow-ups
  • Process team expenses
  • Assist with basic accounts payable tasks

Systems & Data Management

  • Ensure data accuracy within internal systems
  • Maintain workflow processes and document control
  • Generate regular reporting as needed

Marketing & Events

  • Coordinate internal and external events
  • Assist with website updates and content creation
  • Draft marketing content using Canva and AI tools

HR & Onboarding

  • Coordinate new starter onboarding and system set-up
  • Assist with team engagement activities and milestone celebrations
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal support
