Roster

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-1700

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-1700

Key Requirements

  • First point of contact for customers, greet and assist visitors
  • Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality.
  • Ensure the correct storage and archiving of records
  • Answer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary
  • Assistance with rostering staff using TimeTarget software
  • Recruitment and HR administration assistance

Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
  • High level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, problem identification and resolution skills
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking
  • Has a warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older people
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
