The Opportunity | Customer Service Officer – Complementary Medicine


Are you passionate about Naturopathy & healthcare with customer service experience in the complementary medicine sector? We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to drive excellence in customer interactions while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.


As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll support all aspects of order administration and responding to customer inquiries. Our customer service team manages a diverse range of tasks on a day-to-day basis, so your proactive approach and focus on accuracy will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of sales and service efficiency.


To excel in this role, you'll need:


  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-level support for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to transact efficiently, with a strong attention to detail, to accurately and promptly process customer orders.
  • An understanding of order management and sales administration from quote to invoicing, with experience using SAP or other management systems.

  • You are detail-oriented with a knack for managing many tasks and efficiently working to deadlines.
  • You have a background in customer service (order administration) within manufacturing, FMCG, or healthcare.
  • You have a positive and collaborative attitude, continuously working with the team to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • You have an interest in and the ability to learn about our device portfolio.
