Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia!

We are currently recruiting for talented and experienced Full Time - Cafe Manager who places the customer first and makes the very best coffee this side of town!

Located within a busy corporate office, this "in house" cafe role will see you working in a fast-paced environment, operating the very best equipment and using the very best beans and products. You will manage a small passionate and friendly team.

The position:

• Operationally manage the outlet on a day-to-day basis
• Work with the Operations Manager to achieve budgets and targets
• Effectively train and manage the team
• Maintain equipment and ensure cafe is always at standard

The Person:

• 2-3 years' experience in similar position - fine dining or corporate setting desirable
• Certifications or qualifications in hospitality management preferred
• Impeccable presentation and grooming - always presenting best foot forward
• All-rounder capability - able to make quality coffee and manage a great team
