As The Successful Candidate You Will

• Lead projects from concept design through to construction
• Provide guidance and leadership
• Preparation of concept and schematic designs for a variety of building structures to achieve cost effective and optimum design outcome
• Undertaking detailed analysis, design computations, and running complex models
• Peer review of detailed calculations, technical reports, and design concepts.
• Mentor and develop engineers, contribute to growing the structural team and growing the portfolio of clients.
• Contribute to innovative and technical improvement projects and designs
• Drive quality and process improvements.
• Generate sales and contribute to business development.
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• 10+ years in structural engineering
• Proven project management skills
• Certified on the National Engineering Register
• Proficient in Spacegass, Etabs, Inducta, and Rapt
• Post Tension slab design experience
