To spearhead this growth, QANTM has created a new role as Sales Operations Lead based in Melbourne, reporting to the Chief Change Officer.


About the role

The Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the sales processes and operations across Australia, APAC and globally. This role performs a crucial function: managing sales data and sales reporting, enabling revenue growth, and driving operational excellence across the BD and sales teams.


Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinating the sales operating rhythm: Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.
  • Creating and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales forecasting, performance and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Being our go-to CRM expert for our BD team and a key player in shaping and delivering the future of our CRM capabilities. Contribute to the design, build and test of the CRM solution.
  • Working closely with business development, marketing, and finance leads, ensuring strong collaboration; fostering a community of knowledge sharing across these teams to ensure efficient sales operations and data-driven decision making.


About you

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Have strong financial acumen and a deep analytical background. You can analyse sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • You thrive in driving meaningful change towards sales capability uplift and operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of improving sales processes and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including 2+ years’ experience in either Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, or MS Dynamics, plus related analytical tools. Certifications in either system highly desirable.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and business process mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with proven experience conducting workshops.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
