We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
About This Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, curious, and execution-oriented Growth Analyst to drive initiatives that optimize digital experiences and fuel revenue growth across our web platforms in APAC. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging into data, launching experiments, and iterating fast.
Our principles
Digital Interaction Insights
Analyze customer behavior and interaction data across our digital platform.
Identify pain points and opportunities to improve the user journey and directly implement changes that enhance performance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, and transaction trends across our B2B and B2C web products.
Use data to spot growth opportunities and drive actions that improve business outcomes.
Competitor Benchmarking
Regularly evaluate product features, payment options, and user flows against industry leaders like Wise, Revolut, Brex, and Airwallex. Use findings to inspire new ideas and improvements.
Territory & Client Insights
Analyze territory structures and client book performance to help optimize how we serve high-value clients. Use digital insights to shape how support and servicing are delivered.
Activation and Retention Optimization
Design and execute experiments to improve user activation and retention. This includes everything from proposing product tweaks to launching campaigns or process updates that boost engagement.
Growth Experimentation
Work closely with product and marketing teams to run data-driven experiments aimed at increasing revenue.
Prioritize and execute initiatives based on business impact and performance insights.

Position Requirements
What You Will Need:
- A growth mindset and structured problem-solving skills. You’re creative, resourceful, and obsessed with improving funnels and driving results.
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, business operations, product, marketing, analytics, or a similar function. Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities. You’re comfortable working with data sets, spotting trends, and making decisions based on numbers. SQL skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. You can write crisp copy and clearly present your ideas and results.
- Hands-on and action-oriented. You’ll ideate, launch, and own campaigns or initiatives end to end.
- Proactive and self-starting. You don’t wait for direction—you seek out insights and act on them.
- Bias toward speed. You’re energized by fast-paced environments and comfortable juggling priorities.
