Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Coordinator to join their global professional services organisation. Based in Melbourne's CBD, this role offers the flexibility of hybrid working options. What You'll Do

  • Provide advice on general HR matters including performance, terminations, and HR legislation
  • Interpret and advise on Modern Award queries
  • Generate contracts and manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required
  • Review and update HR policies regularly
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Proven HR generalist experience within a corporate environment is essential
  • Knowledge of Modern Awards is desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are required
  • A proactive approach and good time management skills are necessary
  • Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role is required
  • A highly motivated attitude with a willingness to be mentored and developed
