We are looking for a strategic and driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, focused on serving our internal corporate functions as well our UK business as it experiences significant expansion.

In this key role, you will lead the development of our financial strategies, providing expert insights and collaborating with key business leaders to drive performance and growth.

What you'll be doing…

  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective financial reports, models, and analysis to business leaders.
  • Partner with the business to offer analytical advice, support, and guidance on key financial management issues.
  • Develop and deliver commercial business solutions to ensure alignment with corporate financial targets and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the business in the preparation of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, providing strategic and financial insights and advice.
  • Work with the wider Finance team and Strategy on preparing the corporate business plan and tracking key results through consolidated month-end reporting, planning, and forecasting.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and financial modelling.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities in systems and processes.

Your Talents…

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role within a medium to large ASX-listed company, especially in a B2B SaaS company, is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
