We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us in Sydney, where you will support us in delivering exceptional service to the extensive Beca business while supporting relevant team projects and initiatives.
Role
Each day will bring new learning and variety, with exposure assured across a wide range of specialist technical and corporate roles of differing functions and levels. Overall, you can expect to be involved with:
About You
You have a passion for recruitment, inspired by contributing to a positive experience for both candidate and hiring manager throughout the recruitment process – we are representing and championing Beca’s values, brand and reputation, internally and externally. You’ll pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple balls in the air. You’ll be up to speed on everything digital, keen to explore and learn new software and technology, and happy to share your expertise with others. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being a team player, supporting administrative processes while contributing your ideas and support to team initiatives.

Each day will bring new learning and variety, with exposure assured across a wide range of specialist technical and corporate roles of differing functions and levels. Overall, you can expect to be involved with:
- End-to-end recruitment for technical roles in Australia and providing support to Hiring Managers, advising on recruitment best practices and processes
- Playing a key role in our candidate experience by supporting the broader team with candidate screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, and owning our pre-employment screening process.
- Working with our other Talent Acquisition Advisors in New Zealand to manage our trans-tasman centralised processes.
- Participating in a broad range of Talent Acquisition projects; think graduate and intern recruitment, talent pipeline development, social media recruitment campaigns, and everything in between.
