In the role of a consultant, you will join People & Culture that’s doubling down on owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Own and manage the Talent product backlog, ensuring it reflects the needs of the business and is prioritized for maximum impact.
- Conduit between business and technology for all Talent applications and processes.
- Responsible for analysing the opt-in features from technology platforms in Talent Modules and prioritizing the delivery of features that provide maximum value focusing on enhancing colleague experience and improving operational efficiency.
- Responsible for delivering the product vision and road map for Talent &Skills platforms – Including performance, career development, Internal mobility and skills intelligence.
- Responsible for implementing tools like Skills intelligence platforms, Talent Marketplaces and AI-based career pathing.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to configure, test and launch new capabilities and releases.
- Accountable for event remediation solutions, including raising events and findings from incidents, resolving outages and determining root cause
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, L&D, IT, People Analytics, and business leaders) to define and prioritize requirements.
- Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Talent Acquisition and Management systems preferably Workday.
- In depth understanding of talent management processes from hire to retire.
- Experience using AI-driven talent tools, career pathing algorithms, or skills taxonomies.
- Experienced in Job architecture, skills intelligence and talent marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of skills-based talent strategy, learning ecosystems, and talent mobility.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about driving change.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time well.
