Your Role

As the Executive Talent & Succession Lead, you’ll take ownership of our Executive Talent strategy, driving succession planning, identifying critical roles, and leading differentiated development for our top and emerging leaders.
This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll work closely with the Executive team, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure our leadership pipeline is equipped for the future. You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of executive talent programs including assessment, coaching, mentoring, and senior leader transitions, while also overseeing our graduate development and emerging talent pipeline.
Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence. You’ll be comfortable working independently, navigating complexity, and influencing senior leaders. Your expertise in talent and leadership frameworks, combined with your ability to drive outcomes and adapt to changing priorities, will help shape a high-performing, future-focused culture.

About You
- Demonstrated senior experience in leading and advising organisations on their talent and leadership development strategies preferably in a complex organisation
- Strong partnering skills to build effective working relationships and assimilate information efficiently at all levels
- Commercially minded, proven analytical skills and ability to think broadly to develop solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence to outcomes
- Experience working with leadership, psychometric and diagnostic tools
- Excellentteamplayerandableworkwellinacollaborative environment
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage within ambiguity and drive for results
