Your Responsibilities
- Manage incoming rental requests via email and telephone
- Manage top-up hire projects for Sales customers in coordination with the sales team
- Create and oversee smaller projects within our ERP
- Assist with operations, crewing and logistics coordination for the department
- Assist with administrative processes in the rental ERP relating to equipment availability, project documentation, and project billing.
- Assist with the management of other department assets
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Rental-specific ERP processes & software systems (Protonic Easyjob a plus)
- Knowledge of the live events or broadcast industry
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word specifically)
- Experience in Operations management, Logistics, or Project management a plus
- Able to work autonomously
