The Role

As a Research Executive, you'll play a hands-on, client-facing role across the full research project lifecycle. Working in a hybrid environment with a Sydney-based team, you’ll contribute to custom research that informs strategy, behaviour change and commercial decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Assist with end-to-end project management across qual and quant
• Draft surveys, discussion guides and research proposals
• Conduct interviews and support moderation (training provided)
• Analyse findings and prepare insightful presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Knowledge and Experience

• 2–5 years’ experience in social or market research (agency or client side)
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Strong written, analytical, and storytelling skills
• Comfortable with both qual and quant methodologies
• Confident communicator with solid time management
