Your New Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Performance, the role of Performance Lead, Customer works cohesively across the Fund and Member Group and has five main responsibilities:
- Develop data and insight led engagement with key stakeholders and support initiatives to improve knowledge, awareness, and performance of key metrics across the fund.
- Create and maintain a sustainable internal insights process that enables the Customer Performance team to identify, monitor and deliver actionable insights to business partners.
- Be the subject-matter-expert and conduit between insights and business impact with the ability to align insights to specific business objectives.
- Conduct deep dive analysis to identify issues and opportunities, connecting customer learnings to actionable steps for enhancing customer growth.
- Ongoing project activity tracking on the performance of the member growth initiatives
This role is a part-time job share opportunity, 3 days per week for an 18 month contract.
What You'll Need
- 5 years+ experience in delivering clear, timely, and actionable customer insights to business stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders with best-in-class data storytelling out of disparate data and information sources.
- Experience in working under pressure, managing multiple conflicting priorities and meeting timeframes.
- High levels of initiative with the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
- Experience in the design, build and measurement of BI Reporting assets.
- Strong experience in SQL, Tableau and / or Power BI & building automated reports from complex datasets.
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations from qualitative/quantitative analysis to leadership teams.
- Curiosity, strategic mindset, and innovative thinking, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
- Capability of working with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity, whilst delivering rapid, accurate and impactful results.
